About the Author

Lawrence, was involved smuggling Bibles and Christian literature behind the “Iron Curtain” into Eastern Europe during the 1980s, prior to the fall of the Berlin Wall. He continues to be a supporter and advocate for the persecuted church.

In addition to smuggling Bibles as part of his Christian service, he has been an usher, Sunday school teacher and Bible study leader. He has served on two church missions committees and on multiple prayer teams, as well as having been involved with many community prayer events. He has been labeled by others as an intercessor and gatekeeper. Lawrence obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from Cal Poly State University and worked in a ministerial position as a public servant for over three decades.

He considers it a privilege and blessing to serve. It his hope that readers of The Couriers will be stirred to know Jesus Christ in a more personal way if they don’t know him as their Savior. And that those who have been called into service will be encouraged to step into their calling and fulfill their destiny.

Lawrence is a speaker on the suffering and oppression of the Christian Church and has done presentations and teachings on several topics. If you would like to invite Lawrence to speak at your church, youth or young adults group, men’s ministry, or special event, contact him at lawrence@thecouriersbook.org.  You may also order your copy of The Couriers from this site.
